Opening ceremonies kick off at 5:00 for the Williams County Relay For Life. Kids can decorate their bicycle, power wheels, tricycle...whatever they have with wheels...and register at the Montpelier Library site at the Williams County Fairgrounds. We will be under the pavilion. Registration is at 6:00. There will be judging and a parade at approximately 6:30. At 7:00 our Relay Bingo will begin.
